Nov 2017: BWC Complete 10-month project to fit out a 3 storey, 4-bedroom mews house in South Kensington. This ‘Project Recovery’ project (whereby the client had parted company with the previous contractor) was an extremely challenging contract as the M&E contractor and the architect were also parted company with prior to BWC talking over the project. BWC were tasked with project managing the project to include:
o Testing all previously installed M&E first fix items and subsequent M&E second fix items
o Installation of bespoke marble bathrooms by Samson Marble
o All sanitary ware by CP Hart.
o Mood lighting throughout by John Cullen.
o Kitchen by Smallbone of Devizes.
o Ironmongery by Joseph Giles.
o Doors by Solid Wooden Doors.
o Electric roof lights by Sterling Build.
o Flooring by Element 7.
o Concrete profiled rendering by Pioneer Insulation.
o M&E by NCPI Solutions.
o Feature lighting by Lindsey Adelman.
